Wordim Privacy Policy

Please read this privacy policy before making any use of the Site, as defined in the Terms of Use available at wordim.app/terms ("the Terms of Use"). The Terms of Use apply to this privacy policy and form an integral part of it. By using and/or accessing the Site you confirm that you have read and accepted this privacy policy, and that you agree that the Company (as defined in the Terms of Use) will use your personal information (information about a person) that reaches it in connection with the Site in accordance with this privacy policy. Please note that you are not legally required to provide this information, but if you do not provide it you will not be able to enjoy the Site. If you do not agree to all of the terms below, please do not make any use of the Site. This privacy policy is phrased in the masculine form but is addressed to men and women alike.
Consent
The Site includes the ability to upload and grant access to your content. Below are examples of information that may be collected and how it is used. You hereby give the Company your consent to collect and use your private information and that of others who have given you their consent and appear in your content.
Collection of information
Registration details: When registering on the Site you will be asked to provide us with personal details, such as: full name, email address, phone number and address. Payment and credit card details are not collected by the Company, but are entered directly into a secure third-party payment-clearing service.
User content: We may collect any information you upload, enter, create, send, receive or share through the Site, including texts, documents, images, prompts, outputs and products created in the course of using the Site.
Payment details: You will be able to pay for uses of the Site through third-party services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, credit cards or similar means of payment (hereinafter: "payment company"). We do not collect or store credit or payment-method data; all payment-method details are kept by the payment companies under their sole responsibility and in accordance with their regulations. To the extent that you choose to allow the payment company to store the identifying data of the payment method for future purchases, you will be able to make additional transactions from the Site without re-entering the payment-method details.
Information from third parties: We may receive information about you from third-party sources and attach it to your registration details. This information may include: up-to-date address and residence details from third parties, and details from social networks to the extent that you connected to the Site through them and in accordance with the permissions you granted them.
Technical information and communications traffic: We use log files that collect information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, information about browsers, devices, cookies, internet service providers (ISP), Site-usage patterns and its various features, referring/exit pages, platform types, date/time stamps, and the number and on-page location of clicks. We also use a user-tracking service that uses log files to analyze user movements and to store IP addresses for aggregate statistical purposes.
Cookies and Web Beacons: Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device and associated with information about you. We use communications-traffic cookies whose operation ends when the browser is closed, as well as persistent cookies stored on your device. The persistent cookies are not deleted when the browser is closed; these cookies store network-traffic and Site-usage details of the user. We also allow third parties to use cookies through the Site for purposes of analyzing Site usage, collecting the information detailed in this policy, and linking with external services (for example clicking "Like" on Facebook), and cookies are used, among other things, to improve the Site and for marketing and sales purposes. Usually the browser or device receives cookies automatically, but on some devices and browsers there is an option to block the use of cookies. If you prefer this and your browser or device supports this option, you can edit the browser or device options to block cookies in the future. We use cookies for several reasons. For example, cookies allow us to identify users when they log in to the Site and to track the use our users make of the Site, and thereby learn how to improve the Site-usage experience, and cookies also allow us to operate the Site. If you choose to reject cookies you may still be able to use the Site; however, your access to certain areas and certain services on the Site may be limited. We may also use web beacons on our Site and in our emails to collect the information detailed in this policy. Web beacons, or "gifs", are electronic images that allow us to send cookies, monitor your use of the Site, or receive an indication that an action was performed in an email correspondence on our behalf.
Use of information
Purposes of use: The uses we may make of the information include, among others, the following purposes: (1) personal identification; (2) providing and supporting the service on the Site; (3) contacting you to provide customer service where necessary; (4) data analysis and statistics; (5) sending mailings as detailed in section 3.2 below; (6) personalizing the Site's content; (7) compliance with the law and investigating complaints, suspicion of fraud, or improper conduct. You are aware and agree that the Company may transfer the information about you, or part of it, to other companies or organizations related to it, such as a parent company, subsidiary and sister company, provided that they use this information only in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.
Mailings and mailing list: By registering on the Site you agree that the Company may contact you regarding the Site and also send you email and SMS messages. We may keep correspondence and/or conversations conducted between us and you for purposes of customer service, management and improvement of the Site. Upon registration on the Site the Company will add you to its mailing list, so that from time to time you will receive from us updates and publications regarding promotions, services and products and other news that may interest you. At any time you may leave the mailing list and direct marketing by sending an email to support@wordim.app. After you submit a removal request the Company will cease sending you advertising materials.
Sharing information
Maintaining the law and public order: Although we make an effort to protect your privacy, we may be required by law to disclose information you provided while using the Site; we may also disclose information about people who threaten and/or may harm us and our Site (such as fraud by users, sending threats, distributing spam, etc.) or people whose actions may cause harm to others or injure them.
Subcontractors and service providers: We may share your information with employees and/or service providers and subcontractors and/or business partners who work with us and/or provide certain services on our behalf, in Israel and abroad, to the extent required for the provision and operation of the service, its improvement, and the development of additional services. We may also store information in cloud services whose servers are located outside Israel. These companies are not permitted to share or use the personal information we provide except for the purpose of operating and streamlining the service. Upon completion of these projects, we require the providers that all information be returned to us. Occasionally, we may share personal information with the service providers for analysis of usage patterns and statistics.
Merger and acquisition: We may assign and transfer our rights and obligations, including transferring the information without any restriction to any third party, provided that such third party steps into our shoes for every matter related to the provisions of this policy, including in the case of a sale and/or merger in which control of the Company and/or the majority of its assets is transferred to any third party.
Information security
The Company implements systems and procedures on the Site for information security. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized penetration of the Company's computers, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore the Company does not warrant that the services on the Site will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them. Access to personally identifiable information
You may request access to, updating of, or deletion of personally identifiable information we have collected about you. To exercise this right, you must send an email, with details that will allow us to verify your identity, to the following address: support@wordim.app.
Data security
All information provided and/or collected about you will be kept in the Company's databases, and will be held by it and/or by someone on its behalf, including through "cloud" services in Israel and/or abroad. The use of the information will be in accordance with the purposes of the databases and as set out in the privacy policy.
Changes to the privacy policy
We may change the privacy policy at any time. In the event of a change in our privacy practices, we will change this document so that you can know what information we collect, how we may use it, and to whom we may disclose it. We will notify you of any material change in this privacy policy by publishing a prominent notice on the Company's website or by email. It is recommended to review the privacy policy from time to time to obtain information about how we protect your information.
Use of artificial intelligence
We may use artificial intelligence for internal operational purposes and improvement of the service, in accordance with the law and the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority.
Use of information after the user's death
After the user's death, a first-degree family member who requests it will be granted access to the information in the deceased's account.
The user may request that, after their death, access to their personal account be granted only to a specific person or to several specific people, or that no access be granted to anyone who requests it, including a first-degree relative. Such a request should be sent to support@wordim.app.
